The Essential Coffee Roasting Course

The Essential Coffee Roasting Course is an online, self-paced course for professional coffee roasters who are new to roasting and want to follow a formal curriculum to fast-track learning or are self-taught and want to check that their bases are covered. The course is also designed for those who run small operations with gas-fired drum roasters, but much of it can be applied to those who roast on other or larger machines for bigger companies, too. He is an instructor and subject matter expert for the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and conducts coffee roasting workshops all over the world. Ildi Revi, M.Ad.Ed. is the course designer and author of The Essential Coffee Roasting Course Companion Workbook. She has designed and conducted educator training for over 25 years for companies, educational institutions, government projects, and NGO’s. She is Ally Coffee's Director of Learning and a Q Arabica Instructor. She lived and worked on a coffee farm for 13 years and has been a roaster since 2004.
