Chronic pain and stiffness in the body are more common problems than we think. And it was with this in mind that we created this program.
The Kaiut Yoga Method was designed for all people who, somehow, feel pain, providing a restoration in body, mental and emotional health through the practice of yoga.
The program consists of 20 practical classes, which you will have access to for 1 year, and you can attend as many times as you wish. We recommend that you repeat classes year-round, monthly, to get results.
