Mandalas were a very important part of my life changing transformation after a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. I'm a living proof of the power of mandalas to calm the mind. It's a truly form of active meditation.
To begin in this practice it is not necessary to know how to draw or to have previous painting experience.
In this course I'll teach you in a didactic way, step-by-step, so you'll learn how to create your own mandala from scratch, techniques of drawing, basic and detail painting, color harmonization, finishing, and much more.
I am just a facilitator of the process that already exists inside you.
