This work is only meant as a helping guide to the understanding of the art, in which life only exists in the practice of physical and mental action. The technical studies of the combative biomechanics presented in this book are intended as a mean of informing the reader about the perimeters of investigation and the personal elucidation in the art of martial arts. Furthermore, it manifests my own experience in the deep practice and studies in the art of Jeet Kune Do.
