Surfing demands a lot of skills and a very good level of fitness. It is essential that all surfers, prepare their body for it, build a physical foundation to be able to surf better, stronger and be less prone to injuries.

How is your swimming and water skills? How do you feel on a wipeout or wave hold-downs?

Can you swim back to shore if you lose your surfboard on a challenging day?

Surfing make us want to challenge ourselves, from when you start there in the white water until you increase to surf 2, 5, 10 feet waves. But regardless of your surfing level, you need to know how to swim, you need to first rely on yourself out there in the water.

Swimming is the number 1 cross training for surfers because it develops many water skills totally transferrable to your surfing. That's why we have swimming workouts combined with bodyweight workouts in our Surf Fitness Program.

This program is for beginners to advanced surfers who wants to increase fitness performance for their surfing sessions and for those who want to get physically prepared for a surf trip.

8-weeks Surf Fitness Program is focused on the physical demands of surfing to improve water skills, surfing paddle power and efficiency through swimming, develop surf specific muscles strength and endurance, build mobility, balance and flexibility and transfer all the benefits gained to your surfing sessions.

24 Workouts - 3 workouts per week.
