O curso oferece um programa de 12 semanas de exercícios de Tai Chi Chuan e Chi Kung, com o objetivo principal de alcançar o relaxamento profundo. São 28 aulas com duração de 5 a 10 minutos.
A primeira semana é focada em exercícios de respiração, com um exercício diferente todo dia. A segunda e a terceira semana repetem os exercícios da primeira semana na mesma ordem da primeira semana.
Na quarta semana temos sete exercícios para melhorar a postura, a quinta e a sexta semana repetem os exercícios na mesma ordem da quarta semana.
Na sétima semana temos sete exercícios de meditação em movimento. A oitava e a nona semana repetem os exercícios na mesma ordem da sétima semana.
Na décima semana começamos a trabalhar com uma sequência curta de quatro movimentos de Tai Chi Chuan. São cinco exercícios diferentes que se conectam e são trabalhados juntos no sexto e no sétimo dia da semana. Na décima primeira e na décima segunda semana repetimos a ordem da décima semana.
