CREATIVE VEGAN RECIPES

Hi, my name is Ton Carvalho, I'm 34 years old, I'm an actor, ship crew, art and cuisine lover, on a journey in transformation towards veganism. My journey starts in 2017 when I was living in Qatar. There I had some vegetarian friends and we once watched a movie on Netflix called OKJA, a beautiful story between a girl and a sow. There, a seed was planted inside of me and since then I started to transform and change my way of seeing my food. I became a vegetarian in 2019 and in 2020 I began my transitional journey to veganism. I am very happy to be here today writing this description and sharing with everyone my vegan cookbook, which was made in a simple way, but with a lot of love and care. I hope you like it and bring you lots of love and flavor.
