Autonomia para o Zouk Delas/ Autonomy for follow on Zouk

O Zouk é uma dança brasileira dançada à dois,com a pessoa que conduz e a que segue, que surgiu da lambada e está a cada dia mais forte no Brasil e no Mundo.

O "Autonomia para o Zouk Delas" é um curso com foco para os que seguem no Zouk Brasileiro.

Nele você irá aprender não somente sobre as movimentações do Zouk, mas vai entender com detalhes técnicas e dicas de como ser mais consciente sobre seu corpo e seus movimentos.

Meu objetivo não é ensinar coreografias ou sequências de Zouk Lady Style como vejo no mercado, mas sim te ensinar a ter controle e autonomia sobre sua dança, te permitindo se divertir e se expressar dançando onde e quando quiser, com ou sem par.

Zouk is a Brazilian dance danced for two, with the person who leads and the one who follows, who emerged from the lambada and is stronger every day in Brazil and in the World.

The "Autonomy for follows on Zouk" is a course focused on those who follow the Brazilian Zouk.

In it you will learn not only about the movements of Zouk, but will understand with technical details and tips on how to be more conscious about your body and your movements.

My goal is not to teach choreography or Zouk Lady Style sequences as I see in the market, but to teach you to have control and autonomy over your dance, allowing you to have fun and express yourself dancing wherever and whenever you want, with or without a partner.
