Hotmart’s Members Area is now integrated with Zendesk

Creators who serve their customers via Zendesk and have a product in Hotmart’s Members Area can now integrate both services. 

To channel this type of service, integrate Zendesk chat into the Hotmart Members Area. Once activated, the chat will appear in the lower right corner of the screen. You can customize text and color, as well as all the service flow settings. Now, service will start in the right channel!
